The clinic wants everyone who needs help with a claim to be able to read this site, find the contact details and ask for help.

Pages use headings in order, text that stays readable when you zoom, links that say where they go and form fields with visible labels. You can move through every page with a keyboard. If a page doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll send the same information another way.

At the office

The entrance on the Franklin Street side is step-free. If getting to the office is hard, we meet by phone or video, and we can read a notice aloud to you or send it in larger print.
