This site collects only what you choose to send and the technical information any website receives, such as the page you visited and your browser type.

What the contact form collects

Your name, email and phone number, which claim you're asking about, and the message you write. We use them to reply to you and to decide whether the clinic can help. We don't sell them or share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

If we can't take your claim we delete your message after we've pointed you to another office. If we take your claim, your information moves to your client file, which is kept as the rules for client files require.

Asking us to delete it

Write to help@outpostclinic.org or call the office and ask. We'll tell you what we can delete and what we're required to keep.
