  • Doyle Whitsett, a man with a gray beard in a blue suit and red tie, holding a tablet against a gray brick wall

    Doyle Whitsett

Staff attorney, VA claims and appeals

Doyle, an Army veteran, takes VA compensation claims and appeals and prepares veterans for their exams.

Staff attorney, appeals and federal court

Beyond the lawyers

The rest of the room

Lottie runs the front desk and the phone. She knows which notices are urgent from the envelope, and she'll tell you what to bring before you've finished asking.

Volunteers read records on Wednesday afternoons, and a few retired nurses come in to explain what a chart is trying to say. If you'd like to be one of them, there's a page for that.
